SONGS and DREAMS

To be brutally honest, I’ve never been that good. Good enough to teach the subject for a few decades, sing an operatic solo or two, enjoy belting out bass arias in Handel oratorios, play in any number of amateur bands and – most memorable for me – play at family weddings and funerals.

I’ve lost count of how many missed notes, fumbled chords and dodgy harmonies I’ve been responsible for over the years, but by and large, it’s been fun. This page – and I hope it’s not a thistle in a rose garden – is a collection of arrangements, notations and assorted bits and bobs from across the years. I hope it may be of some interest to guitarists and singers. Click the title to go to the page.
